Apparently Trestin has some pretty extreme views of what constitutes evil, as well as what constitutes his home, and religious freedom [since gays marrying does not infringe an iota on his freedom of religion….only his heretofore freedom to deny liberty to others based on his religious belief].
Oh well……let him starve.

Small world. I suppose I can admire this guy's determination……I just can't understand using this tactic for this issue.

The issue might be more a single person (judge) effectively nullifying a state constitutional amendment.
If that's allowed to happen,why bother with state constitutions, why bother with federal constitutions. let's just let judge x, y and z make up all or laws. How would that be.

A fair point, though seemingly not one that Trestin is making. A larger point as well, is the validity of Constitutions stipulating and restricting marriage in the first place.
